This past week, both mine and Tim's families came to town. The main reason for their visit was to attend mediation in Iowa for last Summer's accident. Although it was a rough week, we were still able to soak up a little quality time. One of those times included a trip to Valas Pumpkin Patch. This trip has been dreamed of for a LONG time. What a joy it was to take Micah to his first pumpkin patch. Actually, this was both mine and Micah's first time. What a an amazing place Valas is!! Micah even got to pick out his first little pumpkin - to be pictured at a later date. : )

Micah enjoyed seeing the animals and had quite a bit to tell them. For about 10 minutes straight he was VERY vocal - this little boy has a lot to say!
As for our ride pulled by a tractor, he was completely silent, just soaking in all the sights and sounds.
