What a day this was! During the church service, one of our friends had a medical emergency and was taken to the ER. Thankfully, she was ok and released later that day. Then shortly after Faith & Nate arrived at our home for Micah's celebration, Faith severely choked on a pretzel. Thank the Lord, Nate was able to dislodge the pretzel with a few heimlich maneuvers. Talk about having serious reservations for celebrating Micah's Birthday!!!
But then...how could we deny this little boy of his first birthday party?!

Shockingly, Micah loved all the attention and his "Happy Birthday" song. Simply adorable.

Praise God we were even able to take this photo with Faith... although Micah didn't seem to be quite happy in this moment. You can see by looking at the clock - it was past bed time. : )

A big thank you to everyone whom made Micah's 1st Birthday so special. Our family is immeasurably blessed with amazing family and friends.
