Micah's first visit to Cottonwood Farm's pumpkin patch - can you guess what he spotted immediately upon entry??

Grandma Ahlman and Josiah joined and we had a lovely morning and were thankful for such a beautiful day.

Micah and two of his best buddies lately - Elle the Elephant and Michael the German bear. 

The past few months he will attatch to certain toys and they will tag along with him for days at  a time. These two just happen to be two of his favorites.

We were excited to visit a nearby pumpkin patch as a family and check out all they had to offer. Of course, it was a bummer not being able to go to Vala's amazing pumpkin patch this year (Micah still talks about memories there) but we were happy to spend time together nonetheless. 

You wouldn't be able to tell it, but Micah enjoyed seeing and petting the alpaca....really!

Enjoying one of the last really warm days at the zoo with cousin Aubrey and Creed. Aubrey and Micah are 10 months apart and are so adorable together. 

Even after all the moving, Micah still likes to play with boxes.

 A special visitor came to see us in October too - Micah's Birthmother, Autumn. We had some fun times together at the children's museum and baking treats. Micah certainly enjoyed himself and the time he got to spend with a very special young lady. 

 Our Godson, James Martin Klepacki and his parents Jayme and Kyle. Kyle and Tim were best friends in college and their friendship has continued through the years. What a blessing to live only 30 minutes from each other! 

 Little James' baptism - a pretty cold day but a beautiful mountain view and even better celebration. We were honored to be part of James' baptism day and support Kyle and Jayme in raising James in the faith. 

The Klepacki, Ross and Lawson children together for the first time! 

 Our first CU Buffalo game... beautiful day and the Buffs won! Of course, the highlight of the game was watching Ralphie the Buffalo run around the field. Fun times! 

 Halloween 2013. For at least a month before Halloween Micah had shared with us that he wanted to be a squirrel, just like his imaginary squirrel friend, Maggie. Maggie is a sneaky little squirrel that pretty much follows us wherever we go. So dressing up just like Maggie was very special for Micah. At our church's trunk-or-treat, he was just so proud to show everyone his costume, especially his fluffy tail. 

 Halloween was a little crazy for us as we had our floors refinished that week. We stayed at my parents all week but wanted to trick-or-treat in our neighborhood. It was a pretty cold and windy evening but we were so happy to meet even more of our new neighbors.
