July 2018

Big brothers all set with their cool head phone headbands for our LONG trip to Colorado. And silly Emery with her funny stinker face. Praise the Lord we made it in one day and all the kids were great travelers. As long we kept the snacks/distractions coming for Emery she was happy and would nap after all her bottles.
Our first stop in Colorado had to be the Klepacki's. What great friends they are and oh, how our families are growing! 4 adults and almost 8 kiddos! The past two Summers we've been able to spend it with them, next year will be our turn to host! Only wish we could enjoy their company more often.

The second half of our 4th of July was to announce our BIG news to most of (minus Tim and Alexa's crew) to the Ahlman side. Boy oh boy, were they shocked! The boys carried in the sign above and red, white blue and pink balloons. How fun to share our exciting news... finally at 15 weeks!

Tim soaking up some sweet little girlies!
Sisters and cousins make the best of friends!

Later on the night of the 4th, Shiloh's breathing and wheezing continued to decline. On our drive up to CO, we drove through Pueblo, where apparently there were some wildfires nearby. We had to make quick stop for dinner/gas, but apparently that was enough time for Shiloh to inhale too much smoke. So, he had a full on asthma attack which required oxygen and albuterol. It was a scary, rough time for our poor little Bubba, but thankfully he recovered quickly with the hospital and round the clock albuterol treatments.
Spending some quality time with sweet little Findley!
A day late but finally got to do some sparklers.

A trip to Colorado would not be complete without at least a day spent in Estes. Bumper boats, go carts, taffy, ice cream and shopping were on our to do lists.
Most everyone was smiles for the camera, minus Shiloh, whom was in desperate need of a nap.

All our Lego Maniacs in their element.
The ever expanding Ahlman/Lawson/Sindt Families - that's right! Ben and Ashley are expecting their  4th(a boy) in December as well! Ashley and I are just 1.5 weeks apart!!
While Mommy was soaking in some encouragement and purchasing new curriculum at the homeschool conference, Daddy was in charge of these three little cuties! Good thing Daddy is strong enough to push the big carts while shopping with the littles.
Oh, the places and positions we find Shiloh sleeping in.
Little Miss Emmy Mae LOVED her first experience with a burrito.
She also graduated from her first Summer of swim lessons and can successfully float!

7/30/18 - The big ultrasound with gender reveal. Let's just say that going to an ultrasound with 3 kiddos, one of which is an 8 month old is an adventure for sure! Overall, they were well behaved but it was a little chaotic there for a while.

Trying to get the perfect reveal photo, also not the easiest with three littles... but after only about 30 takes... we got a winner!
The Lawsons will be evened out come December! Sweet baby GIRL due Dec. 25th.
A little buddy for Emmy Mae is on the way!
