Marge has invited our family over a few times to play in the backyard and get a little more familiar with the property. All four kids have become expert pecan pickers now. Year one of God-willing MANY years of pecan picking for the Lawsons.
And Tim, trying his hand at the riding lawn mower for the first time. He sure was thrilled to be mowing! Many, many hours will be spent on that mower. Thankfully, we have four kids to train to one day ride and mow too.
My assembly line of pecan nut crackers. What a job. To fill a medium sized bowl took us about an hour and half and some warn hands. But totally worth it! They are totally amazing! We also started some baby seedlings - the kids were determined to grow watermelon, cucumbers, basil, and parsley.
This little partier still goes all out at naptime... until she crashes.

In preparation for downsizing our indoor living space and the girls sharing a room, we are slowly testing the waters with sharing a room. They were absolutely thrilled to share!
But an absolute crash at EOY for CC for Noelle the day after with little sleep. What a fun night to showcase and celebrate the kids and moms progress this year!
